LIFESTYLE DIVISION SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

A new trend is evolving in the marketplace – data show that the American consumer is starting to broadly embrace goods that uniquely embody both Fair Trade and eco-friendly features.  This movement is the heart of Hope For Women LLC, a for-profit company located in Burlington, Vermont.  Since inception, our goal has been to globally develop a broad array of socially responsible diverse consumer products of the highest quality – all with the purpose of sustaining our social mission to provide economic stability and empowerment for our women producers.  We are now achieving that goal in Asia, Central America and South America.

As a result we are searching for a seasoned sales and marketing executive to head our Lifestyle Division and further our current national distribution model covering diverse classes of retail trade.  The primary function will be to broaden and accelerate the growth of current products.  The achievement of expected sales growth will require developing and managing a network of sales representation firms/agencies having retail coverage within current HFW geographic distribution markets and with diverse retail classes of trade.

COMMUNITY MANAGER AND PROGRAM SUPPORT

We are looking for an individual with prior website management, social media marketing, and administrative experience (4+ years) who can manage our website and implement our social media strategy, handle order fulfillment and internal bookkeeping, and provide administrative support to our programs.  Qualified candidates are detail oriented, have experience with QuickBooks, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and detailed working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, and blogging for business purposes. Knowledge of Spanish is helpful but not required.
