Orders

What if I am having problems ordering on-line?

We want to make your shopping as easy as possible - so if you encounter any problems please either contact us immediately via our web form, or call our customer service at (802) 861-8000 and someone can assist you. You can also try looking at our Shopping Help page to assist with using our shopping cart.

Is it safe to order on-line with my credit card?

Yes, your privacy is paramount. Hope For Women’s web cart has state of the art security and encryption parameters and sits behind the firewall of a worldwide leader in software technology.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel, correct or change a web order, please call or email customer service (info[remove this text]hopeforwomen.com) with your order number and a description of the action to be taken. 

 

Shipping

How much will it cost to ship my order?

When you put an item into your shopping cart your shipping is automatically calculated. Simply go to your cart to view the "Delivery and Sales Tax" options.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of being received so you should receive your order quickly.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Packages delivered within the 48 contiguous states will be delivered via USPS First Class Mail. Please allow up to 5 business days for regular shipping and delivery of in-stock items.

Do you ship internationally if I place an order on-line?

Hope For Women does not ship web orders internationally with the exception of Canada. (Canadian orders will be shipped via USPS first class mail at the same internet shipping and handling rate).

 

Returns

What is the return policy on Hope For Women products bought on-line?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are in anyway dissatisfied with a product you ordered, we will replace it or refund you money. All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.

To return any item simply contact info[remove this text]hopeforwomen.com to receive a return slip by email. Return the form with the product to the address provided via insured mail, UPS or any other traceable method. Original shipping charges are not refundable and all returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.

Is there a retailer in the area where I can see and buy your products?

Hope For Women products will hopefully be available in a local store near you. To see if there is a store near you, please use the store locator.

I know a store that would be perfect for your products - what should I do?

If you know a store that you feel would be perfect to carry Hope For Women products, please let us know! We will contact them directly to see if they will carry our products.
