You should remove your jewelry before bathing or swimming. Tagua shouldn't be soaked in water or oils as it could crack or split. Tagua 'antiques' a bit over time, often turning a rich yellow-ivory color with age. This is normal! Some pieces stay snow white and some turn a rich, dark ivory — each tagua slice is unique. We recommend occasionally wiping your Tagua jewelry with a damp cloth to keep it looking its best.
